Job summary

Choi Fung Hong Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to support the Marketing Team in a full-time role. You will help shape in-store displays and digital visuals in line with brand standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Visual Merchandising qualification, 3–5 years in cosmetics or personal care retail, and proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong English and Cantonese, creativity and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Design or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered
• At least 3-5 years of relevant visual merchandising experience, preferably within cosmetics, skincare or personal care retails
• Good command in spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
• Demonstrated creativity, artistic flair, problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Research current industry trends and remain on the cutting edge of visual design and merchandising
• Present and maintain product display and visual effects properly according to company guideline
• Work with marketing teams and sales management to maintaining store visual elements up to date, industry trends and company standards, commercial consideration incorporated
• Report to marketing manager about the areas to be addressed and improved upon within the product
• Communicate with team head to work on new arrival launches, promotion and product display
• Create attractive concepts to be used in-store and on social media platforms
• Maintain and organize all VM equipment and materials efficiently and cost-effectively
