Sloaneshorey is seeking a Corporate Intelligence Specialist in Hong Kong to join a fast-growing international team. You will conduct enhanced due diligence and investigative work supporting private equity firms, banks, and multinationals across Asia.

You'll combine open-source and human intelligence, translate complex findings into clear reports, and help expand the firm's Asia-based intelligence network while developing your analytical skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years post-graduate experience in corporate intelligence or investigations.
• Experience with LexisNexis, Factiva or equivalent databases.
• Understanding of financial, commercial and legal concepts.

• Execute enhanced due diligence and investigative assignments for clients.
• Conduct complex OSINT and human intelligence-led research across pre-transaction due diligence.
• Research high-risk individuals and PEPs, identifying reputational and regulatory risks.
• Analyse large volumes of information into clear, concise written reports and briefings for senior management.
• Contribute to the expansion of the Asia-based human source network.

Corporate Intelligence Specialist, Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities

• Execute enhanced due diligence, corporate intelligence and investigative assignments for private equity firms, private banks, and multinational corporations.
• Conduct complex open-source and human intelligence-led research across pre-transaction integrity due diligence, and other bespoke investigative projects.
• Research high-risk individuals, politically exposed persons and complex corporate structures, identifying reputational, regulatory, sanctions and other integrity-related risks.
• Analyse and synthesise large volumes of information into clear, concise written reports and verbal briefings for senior management and clients.
• Contribute to the expansion and development of the firm's Asia-based human source network.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Fluency in written and spoken English, together with Chinese or Japanese
• ~2-5 years of full-time post-graduate experience in corporate intelligence, investigations, or investigative journalism.
• Experience conducting complex open-source research using platforms such as LexisNexis, Factiva and other specialist databases.
• Strong familiarity with language-specific databases, local media sources and public records.
• A sound understanding of financial, commercial and legal concepts, with the ability to interpret complex information and exercise sound judgement.
