Job summary

Elevated Insights seeks an experienced Research Manager in Hong Kong or Shanghai to lead a team of researchers on investigative due diligence, corporate investigations, and business intelligence assignments. You will oversee project execution, mentor junior staff, and contribute to client work with rigorous analysis.

Fluency in Chinese and English is required, with 4–6 years of relevant experience. The role offers exposure to cross-border matters and a fast-growing, meritocratic environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in investigative research, due diligence, corporate investigations or related field.
• Strong editorial and reporting skills with attention to accuracy.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Ability to manage a team and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with sound judgment and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide rigorous review and editorial oversight of research deliverables.
• Lead and mentor junior researchers and contribute to project delivery.
• Own end-to-end project execution from scoping to timely delivery.
• Develop and execute research strategies using public records and open-source intelligence.
• Analyze complex financial, legal and regulatory information from multiple sources.
• Draft clear, objective client reports and contribute to proposals.
