Responsibilities

• Participate in and support our corporate finance projects
• Perform due diligence, conduct research, prepare financial modelling and documentation
• Assist in preparing draft listing documents, letters, opinions and reports, etc.
• Prepare and translate marketing materials, including pitchbooks and reports
• Assist in communicating with clients, regulators such as the SFC and HKEX, and professional parties
• Maintain proper filing and documentation record
• Support senior members and management and engage in any ad-hoc tasks assigned
• Provide administrative support and assistance
