Job summary

The Bank of East Asia, Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Relationship Support Manager for Corporate Banking to support Relationship Managers with sales and client servicing. You will handle deposits, banking operations, account amendments, and transaction instructions while ensuring smooth post-credit follow-up and AML procedures.

The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor degree in business or finance, 2 years banking experience, and familiarity with credit concepts, AML rules,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or University degree, preferably major in business, finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking/finance sector.
• Relevant HKIB qualification will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the principle of commercial credit, account opening and operation procedures.
• Strong communication skills with good business contacts.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers in providing sale support service to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries on deposit and banking operation related matters, account amendment, customer transaction instructions and related follow-ups.
• Assist Relationship Managers to follow up on post-credit approval operations and documentations.
• Assist Relationship Managers in handling customers’ account opening matters and completing AML procedures.
