Michael Page is recruiting for a leading Investment Bank in Hong Kong for a Corporate Actions Analyst role. You will liaise with agents and clients to research proxy voting deadlines and ensure timely processing.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree and at least 1 year of corporate actions experience, with strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills, able to work under pressure.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Mansioni

• Research and process proxy voting deadlines with agents and clients on time.
• Conduct corporate actions reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor operational risks and report to management to prevent issues.
