Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst to join a leading Investment Bank. You will liaise with agents and clients to manage proxy voting deadlines, perform reconciliations, and monitor risks while delivering timely service.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong analytical ability and English communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in corporate actions/settlements.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Ability to learn new concepts and processes quickly.

Mansioni

• Liaise with agents and clients to research and process proxy voting deadlines accurately and within required timelines.
• Perform corporate actions reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies while ensuring risks are controlled and service levels are met.
• Monitor and report operational risks, working closely with management to identify and elevate potential issues.
• Communicate with external agents and internal stakeholders, including Client Service Groups, Private Wealth Management, and Financial Controllers, responding to enquiries and ad hoc requests as they arise.
