Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited seeks an AI and Digitalization Specialist to support the development and implementation of AI projects within Corporate Banking Integrated Risk Management. You will translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions and build AI Agents and workflow automation using Python and low-code/no-code platforms.

You will perform data extraction, processing, analysis and data mining to uncover business insights and support AI use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/DS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions and digital projects including AI, process automation, and data analytics.
• Good Python programming skills with data processing, analysis and automation experience.
• Knowledge of data analytics, data mining and basic ML/AI techniques; able to work with structured and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, prompt engineering, RAG or AI workflow development is a plus.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, databases or cloud-based apps is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical business users.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of AI and digitalization projects within the business unit, translating requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop AI Agents and workflow automation using Python, low-code/no-code platforms and AI technologies.
• Perform data extraction, processing, analysis and data mining to identify business insights and support AI use cases.
• Collaborate with business users to identify AI opportunities and develop prototypes or PoCs.
• Support testing, deployment, enhancement and ongoing maintenance of AI solutions to deliver measurable value.
• Assist in transferring AI capabilities to business users to strengthen internal AI capabilities.
• Coordinate with IT, Data and related teams to ensure compliance with technology, data security and governance requirements.
