Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Systems Analyst to support a HYAB IT upgrade project. You will handle Windows OS upgrades, EDR implementation, and related IT services for ~400 staff in Tamar and remote offices.

The role requires strong configuration, testing, and documentation duties. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, procurement support, and post‑deployment checks to ensure security compliance and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent required.
• Experience with OS upgrades and IT security solutions (EDR) is highly desirable.
• Strong English and Chinese language skills, both written and spoken.
• Good coordination, procurement, and helpdesk capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist upgrade of Windows 11 for HYAB users, including deployment docs and records.
• Support EDR implementation: requirements, testing, deployment, and post-implementation checks.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, vendors, and users for timely deployment and issue resolution.
• Draft and maintain system documentation, work plans, and IT equipment setup for HYAB office.
• Provide general PC support and IT helpdesk assistance.
