Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Contract Systems Analyst to administrate and enhance a QEF web application. The role requires 6+ years post-qualification experience across application development, with 4 years in web application implementation and system analysis.

Strong communication and PM skills are preferred. The position is a 23 Sep 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 contract (4 months) based in Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong, with responsibilities spanning requirements study, design, QA, testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer studies from a Hong Kong university.
• At least 6 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including 4 years in web app systems and 4 years in system analysis/design.
• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in education sector.
• Level 2 or above in HKDSEE/HKCEE Chinese and English.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administrate and monitor the enhancement of an existing web application system for QEF.
• Coordinate business and technical requirements study, system analysis and design, implementation and integration.
• Perform QA and verification of contractor deliverables.
• Conduct system tests and provide user IT support; handle IT-related duties as assigned.
