Qualifications

• Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) – 6+ years.
• 5+ years in Windows server system administration (user accounts, patch, backup).
• 4+ years in IT project implementation.
• Experience (4+ years) working with Government (GOV).
• Good spoken and written English is a must.
• Total post-qualification experience: 5+ years, with 2+ years in a similar post.

Responsibilities

• Carry out system implementation work for server pool virtualisation.
• Provide technical support on Windows servers, DHCP servers, Print Servers and MS Active Directory.
• Handle server/PC issues and liaise with vendors for solutions.
• Support helpdesk and end users.
• Relocate server equipment to new server room.
• Perform additional duties including on-call during non-office hours, weekends and holidays.
