Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with government legal case workflow systems is advantageous.
• Experience in development, implementation and support of web-based application systems.
• Able to render on-site support across Kowloon and HK Island.
• Bachelor's/Higher Diploma in CS, IT or equivalent; 7+ years post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design contract systems under InfoTech's headcount.
• Supervise programmers and develop programs.
• Conduct unit, system, load and security testing as required.
• Produce and maintain documentation and assist UAT.
• Provide maintenance and ongoing support of the civil case management system.
• Coordinate server administration and security audits.
• Perform additional duties related to implementation and maintenance.
