Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Systems Analyst for a Government DOJ project. The role covers system analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and user training on a 3-month contract.

On-site support is required across multiple locations in Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. Applicants should have strong Java/J2EE skills, experience with JBoss AS, and at least 6 years post-qualification experience, including government work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• 6+ years post-qualification experience with at least 3 years in a similar post.
• Experience in development, implementation and support of web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and monitoring.
• Perform system analysis and design.
• Supervise subordinate programmers.
• Develop programs.
• Conduct unit, system and load tests.
• Produce documentation.
• Assist user to conduct user acceptance testing.
• Provide maintenance and on-going support for DOJ systems.
• Perform on-site support across Kowloon and HK Island.
• Handle additional duties related to project implementation.
