Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Systems Analyst to support several outsourced government systems, including a library system, manpower estimation system, registry filing system, and a contractor/consultant monitoring system, under the Development Bureau framework.

The role covers project management, requirements gathering, system analysis and design, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance, with emphasis on coordinating among end users, contractors and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• 9+ years post-qualification experience, with at least 6 years in a similar post and capacity.
• Solid hands-on experience in MS ASP.NET, MS SQL and .NET C#.

Responsibilities

• Manage redevelopment projects for government systems and coordinate with contractors.
• Conduct implementation, testing, deployment activities, and provide maintenance support for multiple systems.
• Lead user requirement collection and liaison between end users, developers and support teams.
• Oversee project phases including feasibility, procurement, design, development and deployment; provide technical guidance.
