Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or IT.
• 13+ years post-qualification experience; 8+ years in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience across all phases of application system development.
• Experience in ASP.NET development and SAS Visual Analytics.
• Experience with government projects and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects for a public works programme management system.
• Oversee feasibility studies, procurement, design, development and deployment.
• Provide system maintenance and support for multiple government systems.
• Coordinate with end users, developers and contractors to gather requirements.
• Lead testing, user acceptance tests and quality assurance.
