Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Contract Systems Analyst to support EDB IT systems under a T26 contract. This full-time, on-site role based in Sha Tin/Wan Chai runs from 01 Nov 2026 for three months.

Candidates should have 6+ years' IT experience, with 3 years in government IT projects, plus skills in ADM, SQL, website administration, web programming and MS AD/MIS/MSS/NET. Responsibilities include analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and training.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' post-qualifications IT experience, including 3 years in app development/support in a contract/analyst role.
• At least 3 years' experience on Government IT projects.
• Degree or diploma in computer science/IT or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out requirements study, system analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance for IT systems and websites.
• Prepare system and project documentation and perform project coordination and system implementation.
• Provide technical consultation on in-house and outsourcing projects.
• Assist project manager with project management, system implementation, and maintenance.
• Coordinate Security Risk Assessment & Audit (SRAA) for IT systems and websites.
• Collaborate with ITMD teams, Helpdesks, schools to support IT systems.
• Provide training and technical support to users; may work after hours if needed.
