Job summary

SGS Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Contract Sample & Warehouse Coordinator (Hardlines) to manage sample registration, counting, and record maintenance. You will oversee internal sample distribution, data entry, and warehouse inventory control while supporting Operations and Customer Service teams.

The role requires organization, communication, and time management skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, or related fields preferred.
• Good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle sample registration, sample counting, and record maintenance.
• Manage internal sample distribution and ensure proper tracking.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems and databases.
• Handle warehouse operations, including inventory control and stock management.
• Provide administrative and logistics support to the Operations and Customer Service teams.
• Assist in verifying orders and handling internal enquiries from Operations teams.
• Work closely with Customer Service and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and meet service requirements.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
