Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in financial services or related areas.
• Experience in technology implementation or operational support.
• Familiarity with data analytics, transaction monitoring or risk management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with regulatory technology or risk management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of technology-enabled supervisory solutions for digital asset markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams and external providers to support supervisory tech initiatives.
• Assist in operating supervisory platforms, onboarding, issue management and governance.
• Analyze system-generated information and risk indicators to identify concerns.
• Contribute to requirements gathering, design, testing and implementation to meet objectives.
• Develop operating procedures, control frameworks and governance for operational resilience.
• Monitor developments in digital assets and blockchain tech and assess regulatory implications.
• Prepare management reports and briefing materials for regulatory supervision.
