Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a high-exposure ICT government project. You will manage delivery of hardware infrastructure, coordinate a team of project managers, and ensure on-time, on-scope, and within-budget outcomes with market insight.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, up to 12 years’ IT/ICT project experience, PMP/Scrum certifications, and strong Cantonese/English/Mandarin language skills. Government project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• PMP / Scrum or other IT project management certifications required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in government or sizable projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT infrastructure project delivery for a government-scale program.
• Oversee delivery plan, scope, budget, and schedule to ensure on-time results.
• Manage project P&L, resources, and vendor/stakeholder relationships.
• Uphold best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement.
