Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is hired to support the Labour Department (LD) IT infrastructure, including server room operations, monitoring, and LAN support. The contractor will assist in developing LD computer systems and perform related duties under the Labour Department's ITMD, with potential redeployments across HK districts.

Qualifications

• Must have Datacentre Maintenance experience.
• Must have Linux system administration experience.
• Must have Oracle RAC experience.
• Must have SAN experience.
• Working government experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support LD's IT infrastructure in production operations and monitoring.
• Assist development teams in building and maintaining Labour Department computer systems.
• Provide server/LAN support and ongoing maintenance.
• Operate within InfoTech headcount on a full-time basis for the LD project.
• May be deployed to other divisions/systems as needed.
• May work across Eastern, Central and Western districts and other HK areas.
