Job summary

InfoTech Services (HK) Ltd. 資訊科技服務(香港)有限公司 is seeking a contract-based, full-time candidate to support a new private cloud system. You will cooperate with the Contractor on SA&D, system implementation, performance tuning and related documentation.

The role requires Linux administration, data backup tech, production DB support and other duties including after-hours work and occasional travel to data centres.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or IT.
• At least 4 years post-qualification experience, with 2+ years in a similar post.
• Willingness to work outside normal office hours and travel to data centres.

Responsibilities

• Conduct System Analysis and Design (SA&D) and system implementation.
• Perform performance tuning and documentation for a private cloud system.
• Provide support to revamp Unix-based systems to the new system.
• Troubleshoot, rectify and resolve system problems during incidents.
• Render technical support to end-users and staff.
• Review and apply security patches to systems.
• Provide server support and capacity planning.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
