Job summary

Nova Management Consultants (Asia) Limited is seeking a content and communications assistant to support senior engagements related to AI activities. You will draft and edit materials, prepare event briefs and social media posts, and ensure consistent GovHK content across channels.

The role involves overseeing day-to-day content development, coordinating event clusters, and liaising with government content owners. Work is at Cyberport, Hong Kong, with potential travel to other locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in communications, journalism, language studies or translations.
  • At least two years of post-degree full-time work experience in editing or translation.
  • Must meet Level 2 in Use of Chinese and Use of English in CRE or equivalent.
  • Good computer knowledge with MS Word and Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for senior engagements on AI activities, including copywriting and editing for presentations and speeches.
  • Support preparation of event briefs, drafting Facebook posts, and uploading materials to the Homepage.
  • Provide copywriting/editing advice for GovHK content across GovHK, Facebook, and GovHK video channels.
  • Oversee daily content development and updates to GovHK content and standards.
  • Coordinate development of clusters and promote events in GovHK; liaise with Bureaux/Departments.
