Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Consulting Manager/Director who can lead the Strategy consulting team, act as a trusted business advisor, and drive growth for partners. You will provide change management advice, develop plans, and implement activities while coordinating internal consulting training.

You will support cross-functional partners with analysis and problem solving, aligning processes and resources with overall strategy.
