Job summary

Good Wish in Hong Kong seeks a Consultant Trainee to support client advisory and business development efforts. You will learn to understand clients' needs, develop appropriate solutions and build long-term professional relationships through practical experience and mentorship.

We welcome fresh graduates and professionals from banking, customer service or sales backgrounds. The role offers a 5-day week, hybrid work, and a modern Wan Chai office.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication and presentation skills.
• Fresh graduates welcome; degree in any discipline.
• Experience in banking, customer service, sales or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Full working rights in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' objectives, priorities and financial needs
• Assist in developing appropriate solutions based on individual client requirements
• Conduct research and prepare information to support client discussions
• Arrange and participate in client meetings and follow-up activities
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients
• Identify potential client and business development opportunities
• Work closely with experienced consultants on client cases and business planning
• Participate in professional skills, communication and client management training
