TAIT seeks a senior Project Finance Business Partner to independently validate and assure the accuracy of project forecasts in construction and complex programs. You will partner with Project Managers to confirm contract values, costs to complete, margins, and risks, while strengthening governance and forecast reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field is required.
• 8+ years in construction, large-scale or complex projects.
• Experience in project finance, controls or commercial finance.
• Site visits and project valuations (percent complete, earned value, cost-to-complete).
• Strong grasp of contracts, forecasting, and margin management.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/project costing systems experience.

Responsabilités

• Independently validate project forecasts, including contract value, revenue, cost-to-complete and margins.
• Partner with Project Managers to provide financial insight and challenge assumptions.
• Conduct site visits and assess progress against forecasts and valuations.
• Review contracts and change orders for alignment with financial projections.
• Ensure governance, transparency, and robust forecasting tools across projects.
• Collaborate with PMs, FP&A and Operations to align forecasts with results.
