You will partner with project managers to monitor costs, margins, and profitability, while mentoring a growing finance team and presenting strategic insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.
• 5–7 years' experience in the construction industry with strong construction accounting expertise.
• Strong knowledge of project costing, revenue recognition, and construction-specific financial practices.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; collaboration across departments.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Manage project-based financial planning, cash flow, and cost control for construction activities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing; ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
• Develop and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures per industry standards.
• Partner with project managers to track costs, margins, and profitability across projects.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulators to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making and planning.
• Mentor and guide finance team members to build capability and efficiency.
