Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records to support business operations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely supplier payments and cash inflows.
• Prepare customer invoices and construction progress claims to facilitate billing and revenue recognition.
• Monitor construction project costs, budgets, and expenses to control financial performance and support project management.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and monitor cash flow to support financial decision-making.
