Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Construction / Building Industry.
• 4 years or above working experience on fit-out, A&A or building construction.
• Proficient in the MS Office, Project and AutoCAD.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of design and site work with Consultants and Trade Contractors.
• Prepare material & shop drawing submission, method statement and progress report.
• Monitor design, manufacture, installation and T&C.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
