3cRGH is seeking ambitious Graduate Engineers to join a major civil infrastructure project in Hong Kong. You will work under Senior Project Engineers and Commercial Leads to gain hands-on site experience in civil execution, progress monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

Fresh graduates with internships on civil sites are encouraged to apply. The role offers structured mentorship, exposure to landmark railway packages, and clear career progression within a Tier-1 contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with internship experience on civil/infrastructure sites are prioritized.
• Degree in Civil/Structural/Construction Engineering from a top-tier university is highly preferred.
• Strong command of English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Agents and Senior Engineers in daily site supervision and coordination.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Prepare site progress reports, measurement records, and technical documentation under supervision.
• Liaise with consultants, inspectors, and sub-contractors to resolve technical queries.
• Participate in site safety walks and quality/environmental audits.

Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious Graduate Engineers to join a major civil infrastructure project team in Hong Kong. Working directly under Senior Project Engineers and Commercial Leads, you will gain hands‑on site experience in civil execution, progress monitoring, statutory compliance, and technical problem‑solving on an active mega-project.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Site Agents and Senior Engineers in daily site supervision, construction planning, and coordination of civil/structural works.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, quality control, and adherence to approved method statements and safety standards.
• Prepare site progress reports, measurement records, and technical documentation under supervision.
• Liaise with engineering consultants, site inspectors, and sub-contractors to resolve technical site queries.
• Participate in site safety walks, quality audits, and environmental compliance checks.

Key Requirements

• Education: Fresh Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Academic Excellence: Graduates from top-tier universities in Hong Kong or Mainland China (e.g., Tsinghua University, Tongji University, HKU, HKUST, CUHK) are highly preferred.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of engineering experience (Fresh Graduates with internship experience on civil/infrastructure sites will be prioritized).
• Attributes: Fast learner, strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and eager to build a long-term career with a major main contractor.
• Languages: Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
