Job summary

M. Moser Associates Limited is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site activities for corporate offices, campuses and workplaces.

You will develop project details with the team, coordinate trades, and supervise subcontractors while ensuring quality and timely progress. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Grade A workplace projects, with at least 5 years in management, and strong leadership, communication, and bilingual English/Cantonese skills.

As a Construction Manager at M Moser, you will:

Work with the team to develop project-related details.

Coordinate various trades on-site.

Supervising and managing subcontractors' workers, including construction quality control and technical guidance.

Schedule and in charge of site meetings with clients.

To meet these challenges, you should possess the following qualities:

Knowledge and experience in fit-out.

Experience in project documentation, including progress reports.

Relevant academic qualifications in Construction Management, Building Studies, Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in Grade A corporate workplace / interior fit-out projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

Self-motivated, independent, and proactive problem-solver with ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
