Job summary

ConnectedGroup is assisting a leading global workplace interior design firm in Hong Kong to hire a proactive Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager with interiors/fits-out background to lead and coordinate projects from design development through construction and handover.

You will run client meetings in English, capture key discussions, and drive timely follow-up on actions while coordinating with clients, internal design teams, consultants, landlords, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English in client-facing, international environments.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership with reliable follow-through.
• Confident communicator who can summarize and align multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in project coordination/management for interior design or fit-out.
• Project experience for workplace/corporate office is preferred; luxury shop can be considered.
• Interior design background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate workplace interior design projects from design development through construction, handover, and close-out.

• Track programme/schedule, deliverables, and decisions; identify risks early and propose mitigation.

• Support construction / site communication as needed (not a full-time site role, but strong coordination with construction parties is important).
