Job summary

RedotPay in Hong Kong is seeking a Compliance Manager to strengthen our regulatory compliance framework in the fast-growing crypto and fiat payments sector. You will oversee AML/KYC risk management and ensure adherence to HK and international regulations.

Collaborate with product, operations and senior management to embed compliance into daily processes, handle licensing applications, audits and regulatory inquiries, and lead staff training on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields.
• 3+ years of relevant compliance experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or banking.
• Solid knowledge of AML/KYC and SFC regulations in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls for crypto/stablecoin payments, card services, and fiat operations.
• Lead AML/CTF, KYC, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring programs.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely compliance with licensing requirements and reporting obligations.
• Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal audits; prepare reports for management and regulators.
• Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams to embed compliance into new initiatives and daily processes.
• Handle regulatory inquiries, licensing applications, and audits.
• Train and advise staff on compliance matters and best practices.
