Qualifications

University graduates in HR/Business or related discipline.
2+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting, total rewards, compensation, HR or accounting preferred.
Proactive at work and able to meet tight deadlines.
Intellectually curious with high learnability.
Flexible in working with different seniors and strong team spirit.
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Analyze clients' financial and compensation data versus market using Excel modelling under supervision.
Create exhibits to compare market data to client data.
Understand talent management trends, pay practices and client policies.
Research public filings; develop peer groups; use Mercer in-house tools to run reports and extract market data.
Prepare client presentations/reports using Excel data and PowerPoint for review by senior consultants.
Support seminar/workshop tasks under close supervision of senior consultants.
