The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation in Hong Kong is seeking a Social Worker for the Eastern District Health Centre to coordinate patient empowerment and psychosocial programs, and provide individual counselling. You will work with community partners to promote health, develop volunteer schemes, and coach staff to ensure quality services.

• Degree in social work and registered.
• Minimum 5 years in social or medical service.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Competency in stakeholder engagement.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Shift duties including 1–2 nights per week.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and implement patient empowerment and psychosocial programs.
