Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled pastry chef to lead hands-on pastry, bakery and dessert production for a luxury hotel setting in a central landmark location. Experience in One Michelin-star environments and luxury Western dining is highly preferred.

The role requires strong Cantonese with basic English, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for high-quality culinary outcomes. 5-day work week with medical/dental benefits and complimentary duty meals.

Qualifications

• 2 years' exp. in hotels/ luxury western restaurants/ fine dining restaurants
• Exposure in One Michelin-starred restaurant
• Hands-On Experience in Pastry, Bakery and Dessert Production
• Independent, eager to learn, good team player
• Good command in Cantonese and basic English
