Jia Group Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Commis Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. You will work in an open, skill-focused environment where quality and teamwork come first, focusing on authentic Italian flavors and high standards.

This role offers hands-on training, exposure to busy shifts, and opportunities to grow your culinary skills in a friendly, fast-paced restaurant setting. English and Cantonese communication are required, and previous Western/Italian kitchen experience

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required. Culinary school preferred.
Relevant experience in a Western or Italian kitchen
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
A high level of energy and a good team player
Confident in running busy shifts
English and Chinese (Cantonese) communication required

Responsibilities

Responsible for food preparation and the kitchen operation
Prepare ingredients and dishes to ensure they are prepared to the correct recipes and quality
Ensure that the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained
Ensure all food products are produced in a professional manner and meet the company quality standard
Maintain a good quality of the cuisine
