Job summary

Global Restaurant Group in Hong Kong seeks a dedicated culinary professional to support the preparation and service of high quality food in a fine dining setting. You will help maintain exceptional guest experiences by ensuring consistent quality across outlets while upholding strict hygiene standards.

Applicants with proven experience and leadership potential may be considered for the Demi Chef de Partie role.

• Experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record in running a fine dining restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels.
• Detail-minded, creative and has the ability to drive and lead change.
• Motivator, self-starter and a team-builder.
