Job summary
Fresenius Kabi Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager, Commercial Excellence to drive sales force effectiveness through strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvements. You will support rollout of global SFE programs and local adoption, and collaborate with sales to strengthen selling skills and tool usage.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in SFE, sales operations, or analytics, with strong analytical skills and CRM experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related.
- Minimum 5 years in SFE, sales ops, analytics, or related roles.
- Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support SFE initiatives, KPI framework, targets, and performance reviews.
- Review and enhance sales processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Design and deliver sales training and enablement programs.
- Support CRM implementation, data quality, and adoption.
- Prepare dashboards and management presentations for reviews.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and execution.
- Assist in designing and administering sales incentive schemes.
