Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting for a repayment/collections professional to manage schedules, collect payments and maintain accurate records in a dynamic fin-tech environment.

You will communicate with customers in English and Cantonese, coordinate with internal teams, and produce routine reports for management while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Proficiency with financial software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage repayment schedules and ensure timely collections from customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and payment histories.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address repayment concerns or queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and take necessary actions.
• Provide regular reports on repayment and collection activities to management.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance standards within Banking & Financial Services.
