Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB in Hong Kong seeks an Associate for the Capital Markets Middle Office Collateral and Client reporting teams. The role focuses on MTM and collateral management for OTC derivatives and related products within a dynamic regional setup.

The position requires 6–8 years in collateral management and MTM reporting, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and VBA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years in collateral management or MTM reporting
• Experience in OTC derivatives, repos, and related collateral processes
• Fluent English; French or other Asian languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage Margin calls and MTM client reporting for OTC derivatives, REPO, and collateral programs
• Perform reconciliation, settlement, and dispute resolution
• Coordinate with Front Office, Risk and other teams to set up client desks and issue MTM statements
• Supervise day-to-day activities and support system enhancements and UAT testing
