Job summary

Urban Group in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Recreation Officer to oversee the daily operation of our clubhouse, ensuring facilities are clean, safe and well maintained. You will coordinate maintenance, security and service standards to deliver a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

In this role, you will organize and run a variety of recreation activities, greet visitors, and handle queries and complaints with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Leisure and Recreation Management or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in clubhouse or recreation management and organizing recreational activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the clubhouse, including cleaning, safety and maintenance of facilities.
• Organize and prepare various recreation activities.
• Handle queries and complaints.
