Job summary

Computer Recruitment Consultants Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Cloud System Administrator to manage and monitor the private cloud environment, covering compute, storage and networking. You will ensure 24x7 reliability and collaborate with development and security teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with cloud platforms, OpenShift, containers, Ansible and related tools, plus strong troubleshooting, bilingual communication in English and Chinese, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of cloud system administration experience.
• Exposure to Red Hat OpenShift, Containers, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Huawei HCS, MySQL, Redis.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms with hands-on experience in compute, networking, storage, backup/recovery, and virtualization.
• Ability to stay current with the latest cloud technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience in the financial industry and familiarity with the technical architecture of banking systems is preferred.
