Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. is seeking a capable IT infrastructure professional to manage and configure virtualization hosts, VMs, SAN switches, and storage systems with backup solutions for their internal cloud.

You will implement changes, monitor performance, and perform upgrades and patches to keep the environment secure and resilient. The role also involves diagnosing hardware and software issues in production, supporting storage infrastructures, and handling procurement of related hardware

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent.
• 3+ years of Data/File Backup Technology, Infrastructure, SAN.
• At least 2 years of Site Preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure virtualization server hosts, VMs, SAN switches, storage systems (including SAN, NFS, and S3), and backup solutions for the internal cloud infrastructure.
• Implement changes, offer support and monitoring for server and storage systems, carry out version upgrades, and apply patches to infrastructure systems.
• Diagnose and resolve ad-hoc hardware and software issues affecting production and resilient server and storage systems, as well as related equipment.
• Handle procurement of server and storage hardware, related equipment, software, and maintenance and support services.

Implement changes, offer support and monitoring for server and storage systems, carry out version upgrades, and apply patches to infrastructure systems and facilities.

Diagnose and resolve ad‑hoc hardware and software issues affecting production and resilient server and storage systems, as well as related equipment.

Handle procurement of server and storage hardware, related equipment, software, and maintenance and support services.
