Job summary

Statrys, a fast-growing fintech with operations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok and Paris, seeks a DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure. You will implement CI/CD pipelines, manage AWS services (EKS, RDS, S3, IAM) and use Terraform/Terragrunt for IaC.

You’ll monitor systems with Prometheus/Grafana and collaborate with product teams to drive secure, cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Docker containerization and at least one orchestration tool (EKS/Kubernetes experience is a big plus).
• Comprehensive knowledge of AWS services including EKS, MSK, RDS, S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, Terraform, Terragrunt.
• Hands-on upgrades, patching, and maintenance of AWS managed services including EKS, RDS, MSK, and others.
• Experience with GitOps (Argo CD), Helm, or advanced Kubernetes patterns.
• Production-level Terraform knowledge.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, monitoring (Prometheus + Grafana), and AWS services.
• A proactive learner with ownership of large-scale FinTech infrastructure.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus; multi-cloud (GCP/Azure) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications along with different deployment strategies.
• Implement and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting for observability.
• Review infrastructure security alerts and mitigate them by applying best design practices.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure.
• Participate in upgrades, patching, and maintenance of AWS managed services (EKS, RDS, MSK, etc.).
