Job summary

FortisHill Consulting is supporting a large-scale, regulated technology programme in Hong Kong by recruiting an experienced CI/CD Engineer to build, enhance, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines within a private on‑premises cloud. The role requires hands-on work with Bitbucket/Jenkins, container platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes, and secure release practices for mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, or related roles.
At least 2 years’ hands-on experience establishing and managing CI/CD frameworks in enterprise environments.
Proven experience deploying applications in cloud or private cloud environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools, SonarQube, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Nginx, MuleSoft, RHSSO, CyberArk, HashiCorp, and related tools.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines in private on-premises cloud environments.
Support deployment pipelines for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
Integrate CI/CD with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and database ecosystems such as Oracle DB.
Manage software deployment lifecycle for custom and off-the-shelf solutions.
Coordinate release activities across application, testing, and operations teams.
Embed security controls and credential management across CI/CD and deployment lifecycles.
Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot, and drive automation maturity across delivery teams.
