Job summary

Marsh (Mercer) Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Health & Benefits analyst to support client services in our HK office. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office, with an emphasis on data preparation and benefits analytics.

You will analyse claims and census data, prepare insights for Account Managers, assist with renewal processes, and coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in management, finance, accounting, behavioral or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Solid Excel and reporting skills (pivot tables, data cleaning).
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day service delivery for assigned clients and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet client requirements within timelines.
• Build collaborative relationships across teams through clear communication.
• Support renewal activities and mid-term changes.
• Prepare renewal reports and track inputs.
• Follow up with clients for missing information and confirmations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, placing and billing activities.
