Job summary

Hengyu Wealth Management Limited is seeking a Solution Support Specialist to support back-office operations in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes data collection, documentation, and structured records, not client advisory services.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferred), be fluent in Mandarin with basic English, and have strong MS Office skills to prepare reports and proposals. Project management experience is a plus; no insurance licence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, Computer Science related major preferred.
• Prior project management experience is a plus; able to understand basic financial & corporate operational data.
• Fluent in Mandarin; basic written & spoken English. Cantonese speaker preferred.
• Meticulous and rigorous, experience in document archiving, version control and KYC documentation is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, able to prepare reports and PPT materials independently.
• Back-office support role. No Hong Kong insurance or SFC licence required.

Responsibilities

• Support team to collate HNW client basic information, including corporate ownership, business operation and family asset questionnaire data.
• Assist in preparing supporting materials for client proposals: compile statistics of four asset classes (real estate, stocks, savings, insurance), reference documents for overseas education, Hong Kong insurance, family succession and migration.
• Support KYC / AML due diligence documentation, prepare meeting minutes, risk assessment questionnaires and proposal drafts, manage document version control and records retention.
• Support back-office administrative workflows for insurance application, identity planning and asset allocation implementation: document checking, file routing, policy filing and annual client record update.
• Maintain client database and generate data reports. Assist in back-office preparation for industry seminars and executive interviews (materials & PPT preparation only). Not responsible for client acquisition, client pitching or product presentation.
• Liaise with external partners (migration, property, medical insurance providers) for document exchange and information coordination. Only pass messages, no professional consultation service.
