AlphaSights is hiring an Associate in the Client Service team in Hong Kong. You will act as the liaison between clients and experts, coordinating multiple projects and leveraging AI-enabled workflows to meet tight deadlines.

The role offers a fast-paced, client-first environment with a defined career path to Manager in 24–30 months and to Vice President in ~5 years, plus potential MBA Tuition Program support. WFH on Fridays is available.

Formación

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree 2:1 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school/university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Korean or C2 level is required; foreign language skills are desired.

Responsabilidades

• Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, screening and negotiating to position the best matches for clients’ requests.
• Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map industry value chains and engage with experts.
• Understanding project and market context and the regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
