Job summary

AlphaSights is looking for Associates to join its Client Service team in Hong Kong. You will be the link between clients and experts, managing multiple projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier client organizations, using AI-enabled tools to source the best matches.

The role emphasizes fast-paced communication, multitasking across parallel workstreams, and a clear path for growth through management roles.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia or C2 level is required; foreign language skills are desired.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for your clients’ requests.
• Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts.
• Understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.
