Job summary

AlphaSights in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate in Client Service to connect clients with expert knowledge and manage multiple projects daily. You will coordinate between investors, strategists and dealmakers to deliver precise insights.

You will own end-to-end communications, use AI-powered sourcing tools, and learn the business and regulatory context. The program offers a clear path to Manager after 24–30 months and to Vice President later.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 2:1 or above.
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Thai or C2 level; foreign language skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client-expert communications, including phone screening and negotiating to match client requests.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to map industry value chains and engage with experts.
• Understand project and market context and the regulatory environment.
